  1. Find the issues - i.e. https://github.com/rails-oceania/roro/milestones/rorosyd-June-2016
  2. Create a new page at https://github.com/rails-oceania/roro/wiki
  3. Copy the markup from a previous meetup e.g. https://github.com/rails-oceania/roro/wiki/roro-sydney-May-2016/_edit
  4. Modify content and presenters as necessary from 1
  5. Add page to wiki index at https://github.com/rails-oceania/roro/wiki
  6. Copy text from new wiki page straight into the latest meetup 'Details' at http://www.meetup.com/Ruby-On-Rails-Oceania-Sydney/ i.e. http://www.meetup.com/Ruby-On-Rails-Oceania-Sydney/events/230536718/. Note: the meetups have been scheduled for each month and are automatically created by meetup.com - you should NOT have to create a new meetup or duplicate an existing one. Simply find the meetup that already exists (as created by meetup.com) and edit it.
  7. Edit as necessary to make it look ok. Links etc should have transferred correctly.
  8. When happy, 'announce' the Meetup.
  9. If you want to spruke it, go into 'Tools' and select the various cohorts and content you want to send out.
  10. Head on over to https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/rails-oceania, the HTML you copied from 6 is a good start to create an email for the meetup. Again edit as necessary
