Remove "My Co-workers" from top right corner menu for banks only

Summary

Remove the "My Co-Workers" section accessed via the top-right menu for banks only (keep it for the partners)

Why?

The functionality is on the Organization page, and we don't need it in two places.

Details

To see the "My Co-Workers" to be removed

sign in as org_admin1@example.com
Click on "Name Not Provided" in the top right corner
The "My Co-Workers" in that menu should be removed

Criteria for completion

• removal of "My Co-workers" for banks
• make sure it's not removed for partners
• remove any tests regarding "My-Coworkers" for banks (but not partners)
• update user guide to match new behaviour
