[BUG]: Purchases. On correction screen, location should default to the location on the existing purchase, not the default location for the org.

Current Behavior

Currently, if you correct a purchase, the location is defaulting to the default location for the organization,

Expected Behavior

If you correct a purchase, the location should default to the location currently recorded for that purchase

Steps To Reproduce

In staging, I added an additional location, so we had 3, and changed the default donation/purchase location so that it is different from the default location.
I then entered a new purchase, using a location that was neither of the default locations.
It showed correctly in the list of purchases
I then viewed that purchase
The location showed correctly
I clicked on "correction'
The purchase showing in the drop-down as selected is the default location for the organization, not the location I entered.

Fixed in #5537! The default_location helper was incorrectly prioritizing the organization's default storage location over the purchase's recorded location. Now, corrections default to the actual location.
