A bare binary download had no lcreate/lcls/lclose/lcomment/lproj - only install.sh and the container image ever pulled those, from a repo checkout, never a release asset. Package each target into a per-platform tarball with the wrapper scripts instead. Closes #23.

Pull request overview
This PR fixes incomplete “download a release binary” installs by changing release assets from loose Burrito binaries to per-platform tarballs that bundle the lc executable together with the wrapper scripts (lcreate, lcls, lclose, lcomment, lproj), aligning the Releases download flow with what install.sh and the container image already provide.
Changes:
- Update the release workflow to package each built Burrito target into a
.tar.gzthat includeslcplus all wrapper scripts. - Update the README to instruct users to download/extract the platform tarball and install the bundled files.
- Rename the workflow upload step description to reflect tarballs (instead of raw binaries).

A bare binary download had no lcreate/lcls/lclose/lcomment/lproj -
only install.sh and the container image ever pulled those, from a repo
checkout, never a release asset. Package each target into a
per-platform tarball with the wrapper scripts instead.
Closes #23.
