Refine or remove branch creation section in Contributing Guide #714
Description
The current Contributing Guide includes documentation about creating branches:
https://rucio.github.io/documentation/contributing/
However, this section is not applicable to our workflow, as contributor branches are not merged into the Rucio codebase. This makes the section misleading for contributors and potentially causes confusion.
One of the following should be done:
- Remove the section related to creating branches entirely, or
- Refine the section to clearly describe this as a best practice and not a requirement
