RelayOS v0.1.0-alpha.1 is now public.

What works today:

• recipient-key encrypted packets
• durable queues with TTL, priority, and deduplication
• an in-process Alice → Courier → Bob store-carry-forward simulator
• a one-command .NET 10 demo and 27 passing Core tests

What is deliberately not claimed:

• no Bluetooth, Wi-Fi Direct, or mesh transport yet
• no sender signatures or key-discovery system
• no production or emergency-use readiness
• no independent security audit

The most useful feedback now is about the threat model, packet protocol, and the smallest honest Android transport experiment. If you work on delay-tolerant networking, .NET, Android nearby-device APIs, cryptography review, or offline-first systems, introduce yourself and tell us what RelayOS should prove next.

Start with the alpha release, run the simulator, and use the linked roadmap issues for concrete contributions.
