Improvements to file retrieval:

• DemoHelper.psm1: Modified the Get-ChildItem command to include the -Recurse parameter, allowing the retrieval of files from subdirectories.
• Test/Test.psm1: Modified the Get-ChildItem command to include the -Recurse parameter, allowing the retrieval of files from subdirectories.
