fix(doi): restore correct Zenodo concept DOI 20037028#20
Merged
Conversation
PR #19 mistakenly switched the README DOI badge and CITATION.cff doi: field to 10.5281/zenodo.1228374974 — a non-existent DOI based on a misread of the Zenodo deposit metadata. The actual concept DOI (always- latest pointer) is 10.5281/zenodo.20037028, which is what the repo had been using all along. Zenodo has now minted v0.2.0 as version-DOI 10.5281/zenodo.20053519 under that same concept record. Also corrects the outreach-plan docs that propagated the wrong digits, and adds a header note to task-0-release.md flagging the historical mistake so the now-frozen step-by-step instructions don't mislead. Summary
PR #19 mistakenly replaced the Zenodo concept DOI in README + CITATION.cff with a non-existent DOI (`10.5281/zenodo.1228374974`). Reverts to the real concept DOI `10.5281/zenodo.20037028` — which is what the repo had all along; my earlier "fix" was based on a misread of the Zenodo deposit metadata.
Actual Zenodo state (verified via API)
Zenodo successfully minted v0.2.0 from the GitHub release (#19's tag), so the integration works fine — only our metadata pointers were wrong.
