Follow-up to #282. The Milliquas colour clamp is fixed (kPerZ=0); the catalog still skews blue because quasars reuse the galaxy star-forming↔elliptical ramp, where "blue" is the wrong reading for an AGN continuum.
Reframes the backlog item from "verify the colour mapping" to the actual remaining work — giving AGN their own colour encoding — and records the three directions to weigh (distinct AGN ramp / encode redshift / tint by class byte) for a future brainstorm → spec → plan.
