When replying to a message the cursor is not placed in the text area of the body of the email

When replying to a message the cursor is not placed in the text area of the body of the email. In fact I am not sure what the focus is when replying as sometimes just starting to type causes the message to disappear.

Not able to reproduce this at the present @runboxdave -- can you confirm?

I think I fixed it a long time ago in #739 but it seems like this issue was created afterwards.

@runboxdave is this still happening for you? If so, does it happen on a specific browser?
