Please don't use tables for layouting, what's wrong with Flexbox? Anyway it's fine since we're just maintaining the legacy dashboard. I won't nitpick here 😉

This fixes the way the app store is displayed for app.yml v4 and also refactors the layout to be a table instead of flexbox for simplicity.
