Teal-on-transparent favicon was invisible in light browser chrome. New SVG favicon places the logo on a dark circle background, similar to how GitHub uses white-on-dark for tab visibility. ICO kept as fallback. https://claude.ai/code/session_01TF7Pksn82FUivsvg9bm7Rw

The favicon now shows a teal logo on a dark circle background — visible in both light and dark browser chrome. The obsolete PNG has been removed.
