Microsoft merged the rundops fork PR into winget-pkgs, so the winget-releaser job can run again. Add winget as the primary Windows install method in README and the getting-started guide, keeping Scoop as an alternative.
govulncheck flagged 5 stdlib CVEs in go 1.26.1 (crypto/x509, crypto/tls, archive/tar) all fixed in 1.26.2: GO-2026-4866, GO-2026-4869, GO-2026-4870, GO-2026-4946, GO-2026-4947.
