Update Arceuus CC plugin to 1.1.1

Updates Arceuus CC plugin from 1.0.1 to 1.1.1

This update adds newsletter functionality allowing clan members to view published newsletters directly within RuneLite. Newsletters are rendered as images and can be browsed in a dedicated tab alongside events.

New features:

• Newsletter tab displaying clan newsletters with full image viewing
• Read/unread status tracking with envelope icons on events and newsletters
• Configurable notifications when logging in with unread content
• In-game overlay alert when new newsletters are published
• Persistent read state saved across client restarts

Code refactored until smaller files.
