Enemy Attack Highlighter

Highlights NPCs that are currently attacking/targeting your character.
Features

Automatically highlights NPC attackers (no manual tagging).
Remove highlights when NPC no longer targets Player
Useful when targeting all NPC's in an area like dust devils
