I am so sorry, I'm trying to get this figured out. It's my first time submitting a plugin / anything on github. I will remove the StaffRuneOverlay and submit that on its own.

All good! Now you just need to put your plugin manifest file in the plugins directory, with the path being something like plugins/private-message-fade or plugins/privatemessagefade (so no uppercase characters).
See the other plugins in the directory as examples

Alright i see i think i was creating the file in the wrong section. I've just submitted the privatemessagefade (repository=
commit=) in the plugins folder. let me know if that's correct now. sorry and thanks for your patience.
