Adds the RuneTracker plugin, which sends loot drops and pet drops to a clan's RuneTracker Discord bot (https://runetracker.icu) for leaderboard tracking. Players configure a clan token from the /loottoken Discord command. Supports minimum value threshold filtering and optional pet notifications.
