Create heal-indicators

Heal Indicators+ displays heal and prayer restore splats when you heal you HP/Prayer, Similar to the Vitality plugin with more customization options.

Have you considered contributing your changes to Vitality? This would help get your changes in front of more users faster while also providing more features to those people who may not have known they wanted them or not wanted to install a different plugin.

Same concept different execution. You can change splat size, color, etc. I mainly made it because in Vitality I didn't like the anchor point being below the character.
