Massive UI rework for the panel. Now uses images for backgrounds Display world flag/location instead of number by default. New border styles for different KO types: Spec KO, Max hit KO, and Spec Max Hit KO for now. More to come. PvP-Hub: Fixes for fight merges, automatically fetch merged info from the website and display it locally (shown on the Fight Log) Various UI improvements and minor fixes

You can see the screenshot(s) in #12900 for a quick reference as to what the current panel is like. It's not entirely reformatting everything, really just styling it a bit more and improving clarity/readability.
Massive thanks once again to @LogicalSoIutions for helping with many of the fixes involved here, implementing the Flag UI, as well as Pan1c + Lagunarium for constantly testing and giving valuable feedback :)
