Support hooks, rules, agents

Agents are a resource type of their own, next to skills. Put the .md files in
~/.config/skillshare/agents/ and run:

skillshare sync agents

Rules go through extras, which syncs any folder of files to the tools you pick.
The same works for commands and prompts:

skillshare extras init rules --target ~/.claude/rules --target ~/.cursor/rules
skillshare sync extras

Hooks are supported as part of a plugin since v0.21.0. A plugin keeps its skills,
hooks and MCP settings together, and you choose which tools receive it:

skillshare plugin add owner/repo --target claude --target codex
skillshare sync plugins

Syncing hooks on their own, outside a plugin, is not there yet. If that is what you
need, tell me which tools you use and how you keep your hooks today.

v0.21.0 also added MCP server sync and a redesigned dashboard (skillshare ui) if you
want to manage all of this from the browser.
