If there's a new installation of Claude Code on Windows, a skills directory isn't installed by default here:
C:\Users{username}.claude\skills
When performing a Sync via the web tool, the sync fails because the skills folder isn't present. Creating the folder manually solves the issue.
I'm not sure I'd consider this a bug per se, but arguably an enhancement. Effectively if the default skills directory isn't there when trying to sync into it, the system should create the folder.
I have not checked this functionality on macOS, yet.
