Replaces the auto-bootstrap (onCreateCommand) with an explicit 'task setup REPO=org/repo PR=123' that runs after the Codespace or devcontainer is already up. Env vars are now task arguments instead of requiring secrets or pre-export. Made-with: Cursor
Base image reports as Debian 'forky' which Moby packages don't support. Using Docker CE directly bypasses the distro check. Made-with: Cursor
