Latchkey forces the system keyboard input source to your chosen default every time you switch apps. No Accessibility permission required.

Install

1. Download Latchkey-1.0.dmg below, open it, drag Latchkey.app to Applications.
2. First launch: right-click the app → Open → Open (needed once, because the app is signed ad-hoc, not via a paid Apple Developer ID).

• Universal build (Apple Silicon + Intel), macOS 13+.
• Not notarized — Gatekeeper will ask you to confirm the first launch.
