I've been collecting meetup organizer info via https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSf52YXGhqBaHtCXtVna4iHYMK7IQaTqUW6V-ztsZC8C2TBInQ/viewform -- the intent is to keep this form perpetually open and check for new responses.

What we need to do is create the mailing list, add people to it, add people to the community calendar, and respond to any concerns they submitted.

If you're on the switchboard or events team, ping me for access to the responses. Core community team members should already have access.
