原文のコメントアウトのしかたを他のページに合わせた
アップデート構文にある「同一の struct でなくても構いません」について、訳注を追加
タプル構造体が非常に便利な場合（newtype）について、訳注を追加

TODO

newtypeの訳について、元の訳を参考にしながら、もう少し分かりやすくなるよう修正する
