ATM this PR just splits the mpsc channel module into smaller modules with no changes to the actual code. I plan to continue working on this in my spare time. I plan to familiarize myself with the code, update the docs where needed (some passages look suspiciously like 0.1) and port the fixes #1240 #1241 by @carllerche to 0.3.
