relative paths to js and css broken

In the output, the paths to the js and css files are broken in files that are in a directory.
The same directory structure as the source is used but the link to the static files stays the same...

I ran into the same problem. The book is located on website/book and css and js are files broken. Also, I could not find a way to set the path_to_root property using mdbook crate to build book
