nonstandard_style warnings on r#{keyword} identifier contain incorrect rename quick fixes that do not even work

Tried to find if it was already reported but was not sure about what to search for so not opening an issue in case it is a duplicate.

None of them appear to do anything. The convert the identifier ... ones work as expected.

Found something absurd while doing further testing but it also appears in cargo check so is a rust bug. Will investigate further

The warnings do not seem like a bug to me - this is indeed lowercase, not following the naming convention.

The fix failing is a r-a bug. Please open an issue (and not a discussion).

Notice that for the type and struct the suggestion is to rename to R #{keyword} and for const it is R #{KEYWORD}. In all cases if applied would produce compile errors
