File won't get analyzed

Hi, I'm using v0.3.1293,

and I have module templates (see picture), which is normally included in project tree (compilator build it), but rust analyzer won't work for this file.

Is there some hard reset option ? or something to force reload or get some usefull info for you why its not working ? I tried to click rust analyzer down on VS code, but nothing changed:

Pycharm plugin has no problem,...

Sorry, I'm probably missing something, but why do you say that RA doesn't work in the file? What should I be looking at?

@lnicola I'm reporting bug, and trying to figure out how to fix this problem (ideally without PC restart ?? ), is there some way how to restart RA, force RA, good way how to provide you bug report to fix this problem ? Is this problem more people find ? is this something what happen and you are working on it ? Is this happening often ?
