Improve Project README and Setup Documentation

Description

The current project documentation lacks clear instructions for setting up the local development environment, specifically regarding the use of cargo-leptos and working with lld as the configured linker on macOS. This has led to confusion when attempting to compile the project with the default 'ld' linker.

## Requirements:

The README needs to be updated to include:

• Step by Step Setup: Clear instructions for installing the Tailwind and Rust toolchain and necessary sub-commands.
• External Resources: Links to official documentation for Tailwind, Rust, Cargo-Leptos etc
• Troubleshooting Section: A "Pitfalls" section to address common CLI errors.

Yeahh, being on windows I had issue with Leptos, Should I make a md file for leptos atleast??

Windows has this whole thing about seperatly installing the OpenSSL and perl config if you have git bash installed
