Configure custom relay servers

It'd be ideal if we could give a list of servers as arguments to iroh-ssh command. This is useful for places prone to Internet censorship or local networks with no Internet at all.

hi @niyumard thanks for the suggestion. I like the idea of setting iroh relay urls.

The behaviour is now if you pass a (or multiple) --relay-url https://my.iroh.relay:port param to iroh-ssh it will only use the relay server/s you provided, not the default iroh relays.

The only thing missing now is a test, after that is done and working, I will update and let you know here.

I am amazed at the speed of your reaction and development. Also paying attention to the DNS was a good call. Thanks a lot!

As a side note, you could probably even use curl's --resolve approach, e.g. --resolve example.com:443:203.0.113.45 would force the program to use that IP even if the DNS fails or disagrees.
