Added mobile remote voice input.

• mobile mic can record audio, transcribe through the host Voice Input plugin, and send directly to the active session
• stop recording now auto-sends instead of placing the transcript in the phone input
• stronger recording animation on the mic button
• fixed large audio payload encoding in the mobile remote client
• fixed Voice Input plugin detection/update for Mobile Remote
• Mobile Remote now shows the installed remote version in the desktop modal

Full mobile voice flow uses clideck-remote 0.3.5.
