fixed Claude Code session id updates after /resume or /clear, so CliDeck resumes the current Claude session instead of the old one
moved Voice Input from the top toolbar into the terminal corner slot
the terminal corner now shows jump-to-latest when scrolled up, otherwise shows the mic only when Voice Input is enabled and the prompt is empty
