The Rust port is the primary actively maintained implementation — it works.

The "24 ghost people" symptom almost always means you're running in simulation mode, not receiving real CSI from your ESP32-S3 nodes. Check:

If the response shows "source":"simulated", the server isn't receiving ESP32 data and is generating synthetic poses. The UI will show arbitrary skeleton counts regardless of who's in the room.
