Non-working link in .github's READ.ME file

Hello,

In the Google Summer of Code 2025 section, I see that the gsoc repository is supposed to be a link to the repository, but currently it appears just as words. Newcomers would need to go to github's list of repositories to find the GSoC repository. I have proposed a fix to this documentation error in #1 👍
