Update stdlib and resolve the version warning

1. Updated stdlib (since using this package with an up to date version doesn't work)
2. Add packages to replace those that were removed from stdlib
3. Bumped the required gleam version due to the user of @internal
4. Replaced deprecated functions with new ones

Note: there are still warnings when building, but looks like they are coming from stdlib itself.
