The current SRTS implementation in
shashlichnik.srtsexpanded(https://steamcommunity.com/workshop/filedetails/?id=2938738526) has diverged to the point that none of the patches in SRTSExpanded.cs are relevant anymore -This PR just disables the patch so it doesn't cause issues on startup (though it remains un-synced).
Since, of the things patched, all of:
no longer exist.
