Twitter bot (@toronto_covid19) which tweets yesterday's COVID-19 case counts in Toronto and Ontario when triggered. Implemented as a Google Cloud Function. Retrieves data using another Cloud Function. HTTP trigger is implemented using Cloud Scheduler.
