Max Velocity unloads sublevels.

Description

When a big sub-level gets a lot of speed, it will be unloaded and nothing can be done to it except getting the position via /sable storage find_all_sub_levels.
How do i change the position and velocity of the sub-level so it can be loaded again? i tried all in-game commands, pausing and debug commands and nothing worked.
Version of Create Aeronautics is 1.2.1.

I have the same issue and can always exactly replicate the bug by reloading my backup save file. I also get the same errors in my log (see below) but I get the same error in my log when I avoid the bug. It seems like I can avoid the bug by detaching some sub-levels (I'm, carrying around 3 vaults as sepparate entities and can detach them) and that seems to solve it. By doing so I decrease my built from a group of 9 sub-levels down to 6 (I can check using Sable Schematic Tool mod). I also have a reddit post with a video how the glitch looks like:
