Lectern Controller doesn't work at all

Description

I've updated Sable to the newest version alongside Aeronautics and the lectern controller now doesnt dupe controllers, but it also doesn't work at all. Video demonstration here:

This looks like it may have regressed in dafe13b (“Assembly handling tweaks”). It changes SubLevelAssemblyHelper / markAndNotifyBlock(...), which is exactly the kind of assembly update path that could break lectern + linked controller behavior after movement.

My guess: the controller dupe may have been addressed, but the newer assembly notification changes likely broke the post-assembly lectern/controller state restoration or update propagation.

Fixed in 1e32dc0. Regression caused by Create 6.0.10.
