Mechanical Roller not working properly

Description

Clear Blocks and Pave mode doesn't work as intended. Normally the roller will replace the blocks with the ones that you set in the filter but now it only fills in air blocks. If Create Aeronautics together with Sable are disabled it works as intended once again.

I can confirm I experience this exact same issue, which is a shame because I intended to use the pair with my current single player world. I guess for now I'll have to hold off, though. At least until I don't need to pave anymore I suppose.

For now an easy fix is to add mechanical drills in front of the train at ground height.

While an option, I wouldn't say it's a full fix, as the range of the drills when going around turns isn't the same as what the rollers use (They drill an extra block to the side on occasion), and it isn't as viable when going down slopes either, again due to the differing ranges (As well as, by virtue of being a block lower, the angle is changed when using the roller.) The weird thing I noticed, is that the rollers are less incapable of replacing non-air blocks, and more, inconsistent with it. They will replace blocks if they break on above the targeted ground block, but even then not all the time. In theory, an alternate fix would be having deployers placing a block in front of the rollers above the block you want to replace that is easy to break and replace without having secondary drops, such as Sand or Dirt.

Yeah, you are right. In other words ditch the rollers all together and use the classic way with deployers and drills.

That, or wait to use rollers or the mod until a fix is put out. Or pre-clear the blocks under your tracks for the same period of time.

I can also confirm the Issue it is still present in the newest version of Sable/Aeronautics (1.2.1).
