Dedicated Server Crash

Context

This modlist works fine when run on singleplayer, however it crashes on startup when run on a dedicated server.

I've narrowed it down to just Sable/Aeronautics, though there should be a few Aeronautics addons in the modpack. Removing Sable/Aeronautics (and any addons of course) allows the server to boot normally and it can be successfully joined.

I've also encountered a timeout error when trying to join with Sable installed, which generally ultimately led to a crash.

I can also supply the full logs if you would like me to, but I didn't include them initially to make the issue more readable.

I'm not great at reading crash reports, but it seems like maybe Petrol's Parts/Petrolpark library is causing the issue? I can test this in a bit if someone can let me know if that is correct.

It might be the same problem I have. I tried the whole day to solve it but unfortunately it is still crashing. I think I will just wait for a new repaired version of the Sable mod.

That's kind of where I'm at. Even If I narrow down what mod is causing the issue with Sable, I can't just uninstall it because this is a several month old server and I don't want to risk corrupting it.

It just worked for me because I downgraded the Create Aeronautics and Sable mods to their first versions, and then I downgraded the Create mod from version 6.0.10 to 6.0.9.

Thanks for letting me know. Unfortunately, I think this may cause issues on my server due to the amount of addons I would have to roll back as well.

I'll just wait until the next patch. Hopefully a fix is released soon.

I suppose in the meantime I can work on getting my infrastructure ready to power airships.

Yeah, unfortunately, I’m in the same situation. I have to wait for a new Sable update, and I’m pretty eager since I’ve got lots of ideas for building super high-tech airships.

@CaptainMarTuuk Try removing petrolpark or maybe modernfix.
The issue appears to be that petrolpark doesn't have its petrolpark:generic.slipperiness attribute registered when its LivingEntityMixin is called.
I don't know if that would be a issue in vanilla or if the AttributeSupplierBuilderMixin from moderfix makes it an issue.

@lofterrr you probably have a different issue if downgrading Sable fixed it.

@WeatheredCopperLantern Don't have the time to test that right at this moment, but I'll see if I can do it later today or maybe tomorrow.

In the meantime, I opened a related issue on the Petrolpark Library GitHub to let that dev know. He's usually very good about fixing these bugs as they come up.

I have fixed the incompatibility with my library in its latest version. Unless there are incompatibilities with any other of those mods, this issue can probably be closed
