TrackGraphVisualizerMixin causes CTD when graph.getBounds(mc.level).box is null

Context

TrackGraphVisualizerMixin#L25 calls .getCenter() on a AABB that can be null.

Simple setup to cause the crash:

• enable the TrackGraphVisualizer (duhh)
• build a nether portal
• face a track into it
• go through the portal
• break the track in the nether
