Sable powered redstone ontop of a minecart contraption crashes the game.

### Context

If a powered redstone dust is placed next to the Cart Assembler in a direction where it does not directly power it, placing a redstone dust on top of the Cart Assembler causes the game to crash. This happens when the newly placed dust connects to the powered redstone beside it.
