We need a database to host user preference and possibly the usage data (if we want to cache)

User Preference is safe with current preferences repository.
User account and tariff will never be cached.

The only potential will be when we want to batch-download past smart meter readings for data analysis.
Otherwise it is good to only consume the API data on-the-spot.

Once we have this, #84 will becomes relevant.
