This change speeds up SGM loading from 13 seconds to 0.5 seconds.
Multiple instruments used to have their own sample buffer data, but now they share the same sample.
Also, a problem in which notes were interrupted when notes were hit in rapid succession due to the order of note-offs being swapped has been fixed.
