Adds a new console which:

  • uses deques to support scrolling
  • supports typical ANSI CSI sequences
  • supports 3-bit and 24-bit color output

Additionally:

  • adds an inbuilt clear command which uses the ANSI sequence
  • changes cosh to use color for path and non-zero exit
