tsun-gen3-proxy identifies the device as a "TSOL-MS800 by TSUN".
Connection via local mode works, so this seems to behave like a GEN3Plus device .... but some entities aren't populated, in particular:
Daily Generation
Inverter Alarm
Inverter Fault
Total Generation
show as unknown. The entities crossed out eventually showed up. Daily generation probably didn't hit the threshold today because I set the system up in the later afternoon and the setup of the panels is not ideal due to limited options where to put them.
Otherwise Overall, this setup works really well. I don't think anything needs to be done to improve its functiion, but it seems to be a configuration that is outside what's covered in the repo's README so I wanted to share.
