+1 Sometimes, I've got the error from my hoster mailbox.org complains about too many requests from the same IP - might be the problem that several mail accounts are sync + the sync to the devices like iPhones etc. Setting an interval would help here. |

I also use mailbox.org. Three accounts are accessed from ten devices, plus mailarchiver. I have never received such a message from mailbox.org. So I don't think it's because of mailarchiver. |

Why not have both in? This is also in the line of Green IT, why have more connections than needed. |

I also agree with this feature request. I have smaller accounts, which can be synced more frequently, and larger ones that take some time, so infrequent would be fine. Looking at Dashboard I see amber status for last sync, under account details I see Quick Sync selected, but I have no idea on when this is triggered, or how even. Even if this is not configurable, it would be nice to have the schedule visible that the system auto uses. |

Hello everyone! The feature was released with the latest version. https://github.com/s1t5/mail-archiver/releases/tag/2607.2 |
Uh oh!

Feature Description
On a per-account level it would be great to have the synchronisation frequency configurable.
In my case it would be sufficient to have the sync done once a day.
This would also help to reduce the amount of unwanted mails in the archive as they will be manually removed over the day (e.g. spam in the inbox, notifications, reminders etc).
Proposed Solution
Each mail account should have a config item in the Web UI to select the synchronisation frequency.
Doesn't need to be a cron schedule. A drop-down list with some reasonable selections from few minutes up to 24 hours may be sufficient.
