Hi,

First of all, thank you for creating and maintaining Mail Archiver. It’s an excellent project and has evolved into a very capable email archiving solution.

I’d like to suggest a feature that would greatly simplify onboarding for administrators managing many mailboxes.

Feature Request

Add the ability to bulk import mailboxes from a CSV file, with support for both IMAP and Microsoft 365.

Example CSV fields

• Display Name
• Email Address
• Provider (IMAP / Microsoft 365)
• IMAP Server (if applicable)
• Username
• Password or Authentication Method
• Archive Policy (optional)
• Tags (optional)

For Microsoft 365, it would also be useful to import directly from an exported user list (CSV), allowing administrators to archive large numbers of mailboxes without creating them one by one.

Benefits

• Much faster onboarding of existing environments
• Easier migrations from other email archiving solutions
• Reduced manual configuration
• Better support for organizations with dozens or hundreds of mailboxes

This feature would make Mail Archiver even more attractive for business and enterprise deployments.

Would this be something you would consider adding to the roadmap?
